+ ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION:
Accidents occur every day in workplaces all over the world. The goal of this course is to teach you how to prevent the recurrence of injuries and accidents by uncovering and eliminating their root cause. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to identify the goal of accident investigation; difference between major and minor accidents; direct, indirect, and root causes of accidents; and basic steps in accident investigation.
+ BACK INJURY PREVENTION:
A unique approach in preventing work-related MSD's of the low back. This course includes a comprehensive risk factor education process that addresses the broad spectrum of risks that accumulate to cause the low back to fail. Coupled with the latest lifting techniques, it is a proven methodology that works.
+ BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS:
This training course is designed to provide a basic understanding of bloodborne pathogens, common modes of their transmission, methods of prevention, and other pertinent information. Through this course, students will be able to meet the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA's) Bloodborne Pathogen Standard.
+ CONFINED SPACE ENTRY/RESCUE:
This course teaches the OSHA standards that apply to confined spaces, the dangers and hazards associated with confined spaces, the entry requirements of permit and non-permit confined spaces, and the roles and training that are required for workers.
+ DOT:
Your lab technician has just come to you with a sample to be shipped out "RUSH" to your biggest customer. It's a new product, and you don't know much about it. You have some important questions to answer; Is this material hazardous? How will you describe it on the shipping papers? How should it be classified, labeled, and packaged? After successfully completing this course, you will be able to: determine whether the materials you are shipping are subject to the hazardous materials regulations; use information sources to identify hazardous materials; and properly classify hazardous materials. Nothing else in the process can be done correctly unless the material is properly classified. This is the most critical step in shipping hazardous materials. Everything else is based on the results of the classification. If you are taking this course, you should already have had General Awareness training in Hazardous Materials Transportation and be familiar with the Department of Transportation's (DOT) nine Hazard Classes and three Packing Groups.
+ ELECTRICAL SAFETY:
Every year tens of thousands of people are injured or killed from electrical shocks/contacts in the United States. Employees are exposed to dangers such as electric shock, electrocution, burns, fires and explosions. It is essential to understand that how electricity is lethal for us and how we can save our lives. This course gives you a basic understanding of prevention and elimination of work-related illnesses and injuries.
+ ELEVATED WORK PLATFORM/AERIAL LIFT:
Avoiding serious accidents involving aerial lifts starts with knowing how to safely operate and inspect them in accordance with the OSHA standards. After completion of this course, you will have gained the background to make decisions on the inspection, use and operation of aerial platforms.
+ ERGONOMICS:
In this course, you will learn to apply simple principles to improve the ergonomics of the workplace. Also, you will become familiar with common work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) so that you can communicate any health challenges with your company's health care provider. This course is a general overview of ergonomics. In order for you to work safely, you should discuss job-specific ergonomic considerations with your supervisor and follow your company's procedures for good ergonomic practices.
+ EXCAVATIONS / TRENCHING:
Cave-ins are considered the most dangerous trench and excavation hazard. In addition, other potentially fatal hazards also exist in excavations, such as asphyxiation due to lack of oxygen in a confined space, inhalation of toxic fumes, drowning, falls, water accumulation, etc. The OSHA standards intend to protect workers in trenches and excavations. This course gives you a basic understanding of how to work safely in excavations and what important points are required to consider when working in an excavation.
+ FALL PROTECTION & DETECTION:
This course presents important information concerning fall protection. Falls are the second leading cause of death in the workplace. Common fall hazards and fall protection systems are discussed. This course also demonstrates proper use of some of the more common fall protection devices.
+ FIRE PREVENTION:
This course has been designed to deliver firsthand information about fires and fire protection measures. After completing this course, you will be able to identify different types of fires and how safety measures can be taken to avoid a disastrous situation. We will also discuss the different types of fire extinguishers in use and discover how careful planning and precautionary measures can be taken to save lives and property.
+ HAZARD COMMUNICATION/CHEMICAL:
The Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) provides information to workers and employers about various chemical hazards that exist in the workplace, and what protective measures they can take in order to prevent the adverse effects of such hazards. This course gives you a basic understanding of how to deal with hazardous chemicals and how workers can prevent and protect themselves from fatal chemical hazards.
+HAZWOPER 40-HR & 8-HR REFRESHER:
40-Hr. - This course is specifically designed for workers who are involved in clean-up operations, voluntary clean-up operations, emergency response operations, and storage, disposal, or treatment of hazardous substances or uncontrolled hazardous waste sites. Topics include protection against hazardous chemicals, elimination of hazardous chemicals, safety of workers and the environment, OSHA regulations. This course covers topics included in 29 CFR 1910.120. Please note that hands-on training is not required for the 40 hour Hazwoper course; although hands-on is the preferred training method by OSHA. To be in compliance with OSHA
8-Hr. Refresher - This course meets the requirements in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 for eight hours of annual refresher training for workers at hazardous waste sites. This course is designed for general site workers who remove hazardous waste or who are exposed or potentially exposed to hazardous substances or health hazards. Topics include HAZWOPER regulations, safety and health plans, hazardous chemicals, safety hazards, air monitoring, medical surveillance, site control, decontamination, personal protective equipment, and respiratory equipment. This course covers the topics in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. Prerequisites: Enrollment is open to those who have already completed the 40-hour or 24-hour HAZWOPER training.regulations, the employee must complete 3 days of hands-on training offered by the employer.
+ HEARING CONSERVATION PROGRAM:
Hearing Conservation is for all workers who could be exposed to excessive noise levels. This course explains how to prevent hearing loss by discussing how we hear, how exposure to high noise levels can affect hearing, and how to prevent hearing loss.
+ INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE:
This course will focus on the aspects of Subpart Z which deal with keeping hazardous chemicals and materials from negatively affecting your health. This includes the use of personal protective equipment, cleaning procedures in the event of exposure to hazardous materials, and the procedures in place for conducting first aid and recording an incident of exposure in the workplace.
+ LABORATORY SAFETY:
Initial training required for all laboratory personnel (investigators, graduate students, post-docs, technicians etc.) working in research laboratories. The training provides general laboratory safety information and covers standard laboratory safety guidelines, laboratory signs and labels, personal protective equipment, working with biological, chemical and radioactive materials, waste disposal, and emergency preparedness.
+ LADDER SAFETY:
This course gives you a basic understanding of OSHA standards and its role in the prevention and elimination of work-related injuries and fatalities due to stairways and ladders at workplaces.
+ LOCKOUT/TAGOUT:
This course is designed to inform employees about the requirements for lockout/tagout during servicing and maintenance of machines or equipment. Also covered are the requirements of the OSHA Lockout/Tagout Standard, procedures for the application of locks and tags, and a discussion of the types of energy these procedures are designed to control.
+ MACHINE SAFEGUARDING:
This course will help workers to protect themselves from moving machinery. After completion of this course, workers will be able to properly apply the OSHA Machine and Machine Guarding requirements to their day to day work activities.
+ MECHANICAL POWER PRESSES:
Don't press your employees' luck. They may be experienced machine operators, but they can stand to lose fingers, hands or even limbs when they're not careful. Stamp down on these hazards, motivate your workers to follow safe procedures and comply with OSHA's Mechanical Power Press Safety Standard.
+ OSHA CITATIONS/ INSPECTIONS:
This course will prepare employers and managers in what to do in case of an OSHA inspection. It will also instruct the participants in how to deal with citations, and penalties as a result of an audit. This program will teach OSHA procedures when they visit a company and what they look for. Also, this course will go through the main rights and responsibilities employers have with respect to OSHA. This course will help you in your interactions with an OSHA inspector.
+ OSHA 10-HR & 30-HR:
This course is ideal for supervisors with safety and health responsibilities, and for employee safety and health awareness. Students will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and health principles covered in OSHA Act Part 1910. Special emphasis will be placed on areas most hazardous using OSHA standards as a guide. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA general industry safety and health 10-hour course completion card from the Department of Labor. The OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in general industry. Specifically devised for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors; the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Programs as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1910. General industry workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on specific hazards of the job. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA general industry safety and health 30-hour course completion card from the Department of Labor. + PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
This course will provide the employers and the employees with knowledge concerning the proper selection, care and use of personal protective equipment. They will be informed of the requirements for compliance with OSHA requirements.

+ RECORDKEEPING:
This course is designed to assist employers in identifying and fulfilling their responsibilities for posting certain records, maintaining records of illnesses and injuries, and reporting specific cases to OSHA. Students who successfully complete this course will be able to identify the OSHA requirements for recordkeeping.
+ SCAFFOLDS:
This course attempts to provide a general overview of the safety measures that are required when working on a scaffold. The course begins with an introduction into the various types of scaffolds, and goes onto to outline the OSHA safety requirements and safety measure that can be taken to ensure that employees working on scaffolds are at little risk of injury or death.
+ WALKING AND WORKING SURFACES:
This course alerts participants to the hazards of walking and working surfaces and provides information about workplace action needed to eliminate or control these hazards.
