Student's Computer Requirements

Your computer should be a multimedia computer with a Windows 95/98/2000/NT, Unix, or Macintosh operating system running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and above or Netscape Navigator 6.x and above with cookies and javascript enabled. Your Internet connection speed should be at least 28.8 kbs. A sound card is recommended, but not required.

Plug-ins Required

Adobe Acrobat Reader
The Acrobat Reader lets you view and print your certificate after successful completion of each course. Acrobat Reader also lets you fill in and submit forms online. The plug-in is free. If you do not have this capability, you can download the free plug-in by clicking Acrobat Reader now.

Flash Player
The Flash Player plug-in allows you to streamed multimedia animation and entertainment in your Web browser. The Flash Player is automatically included with version 4.0 and above of both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you do not have this capability, you can download the Shockwave and Flash plug-in by clicking here.
