Program Management
CompManagement provides program management that ensures excellence in product delivery and in results management for each client’s program. Our colleagues are well versed on all facets of Ohio's workers' compensation system and are capable of providing guidance on the numerous alternative rating/discount programs that are available to the employer community.

Our account executives lead, manage, and are accountable for all aspects of the program. They lead your program team in every aspect of service delivery, quality and ongoing improvements. While others in our industry tend to base their external client services staff out of their headquarters, we have found that locating those individuals throughout the state has allowed us to establish a stronger local presence, as well as create operational efficiency.

Our corporate structure has been built specifically to empower these colleagues to do what is needed for our client partners. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Meeting in person or conducting telephonic account reviews on an ongoing basis to ensure continued enrollment in alternative rating programs as well as other third party administration services
  • Education of client on loss data and the corresponding cost drivers impacting the program; cost containment strategies; alternative rating/discount options; legislative changes; Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) rules and regulations updates; industry trends, etc.
  • Identification of issues that impact consistency and customer satisfaction and working with program management leadership to effect problem resolution and establish a plan for service improvement
  • Ensuring consistency in service delivery
